- 1/2 cup Coconut Cream Concentrate or coconut butter, melted
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips, melted
- 2 teaspoons peppermint oil (edible)
- pinch of himalayan salt

Preparation

Instructions
Melt coconut butter and chocolate chips.
Mix peppermint oil into chocolate.
Pour coconut butter on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Pour melted chocolate on top of coconut butter. Use a knife to make designs in the coconut butter and chocolate mixture.
Sprinkle with salt on top.
Place in freezer to harden for 30 minutes or more.
