Beef/Chicken Stir-fry
By Lalabee
1. In a medium, sized bowl, add dry seasoning packets from the noodle pouches to the 1 cup water and soy sauce. Marinate meat at least 30 minutes. Meanwhile, stir fry veggies in a little oil until crisp-tender in a stir fry pan, wok or other large skillet. Add 1 1/2 cups water and break up noodles and add to skillet with veggies. Bring to a boil. When noodles are tender, drain off additional water and move all to a bowl. Next, discard marinade and stir fry meat until cooked through. Add veggie/noodle mixture back into skillet and toss together. Add a little more soy sauce or some stir-fry sauce if you want it a little more saucy.
