Ingredients
- 2 lb ground pork
- 1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
- 2-3 t. salt
- 1/2 t. pepper
- 1/4 t. ginger
- 3/4 t. sage
- 1/4 t. thyme
- 1/8 t. allspice
- 1/2 c. ice water

Preparation
Step 1
1. Place all ingredients in a large bowl, mixing well to ensure spices are evenly distributed.
2. Form into patties, refrigerate several hours to allow spices to blend.
3. Fry over medium heat til well browned and cooked through.
