Ingredients

  • 1 cup soft butter
  • 1 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix as for pie crust.
Bake 15 min @ 350 in 9x13" pan
Do not let it get brown

4 eggs beaten, 2 cups sugar
4 Tbsp. lemon juice, Tbsp. flour, and dash of salt
Mix together and pour over crust
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
Sprinkle with powdered sugar
