Ingredients
- 2 pouches cornbread mix 6.5 oz each
- 1 16 oz Sour Cream
- 2 Eggs
- 1 2 oz jar Chopped Pimento - drained
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 bag frozen Corn, thawed & drained (8 oz)
- 1/4 cup Sliced green onions
Preparation
Step 1
Stir cornbread mixes, sour cream and eggs into large bowl until smooth. Add 1/2 cup shredded cheese, green onions and pimento. Stir until just combined. Pour into a greased 11x7 oblong casserole dish.
Bake 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean from center.
Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese before serving.
