Ingredients
- Toppings:
- 2 Sticks Butter
- 2 1/4 c Flour
- 3/4 c Sugar
- 1/4 t Salt
- 3 Eggs
- 3/4 c Buttermilk
- 1 c Almonds
- 1 c Shredded Coconut
- 1 c Mini Chocolate Chips
- Chocolate:
- 3 T Cocoa
- 1/2 c 10x
- 2 T Butter
- Coconut Extract
- 1/2 and 1/2
- Almond:
- 1/2 and 1/2
- 1/2 c 10x
- Almond Extract
Preparation
Step 1
Bake 375.
Butter muffin pan or use liners.
Sift flour, sugar, salt and BP.
Beat eggs and butter.
Add dry ingerdients and buttermilk alternatly.
Fold in nuts, coconut and chocolate chips.
Bake 25min.
Cool and then decorate with 2 toppings.
