3 Meats Bar-B-Que

A great bar-b-que marinade for a variety of meats. A beef, a pork, and a lamb.

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs meat- beef, pork, lamb (skirt or london broil, pork chop, lamb chop, etc)
  • 1/3 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/3 cup wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup catsup
  • 2 tbsp. canola oil (2 1/2 tbsp land o lakes margarine)
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Preparation

Step 1

1. Sprinkle meat with sea salt.
2. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl, pour mixture into a marinade bag and add meat. Close tightly and place in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
3. Grill meats on medium heat grill, basteing every 10 minutes, until meats are medium - or until your liking.
