White Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • ! lb. white american cheese, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 2 cans diced green chilies
  • 2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. onion powder
  • Cayenne pepper to taste (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Place cheese, milk and butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook until cheese is melted,

Stir in green chilies, cumin, garlic powder and onion powder

Add more milk if dip is too thick.

Cook until heated through.
