Mr. Auday's Basil Pesto Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 c fresh basil leaves
  • 1 large clove garlic
  • 1/3 c grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c toasted pine nuts
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 t white pepper
  • 1/2 c extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingred except oil in processor and puree. Slowly pour oil into mix while processor running. Continue to blend until well mixed.

Refrigerate until needed, will thicken as chills.
