Ingredients
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened baking cocoa
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- Slivered almonds
Preparation
Step 1
1 In small bowl, beat whipping cream, powdered sugar, cocoa and almond extract with electric mixer on low speed 1 minute. Scrape down sides of bowl. Beat on medium-high speed until soft peaks form.
2. Spoon whipped chocolate mixture into decorating bag. Pipe mixture evenly into 8 shot glasses. Garnish with almonds. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Want to add a little something more? Serve with an almond cookie.
If desired, toast the almonds before garnishing..
