Company Salad

Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 2 pkgs strawberry jello
  • 3 c hot water
  • 1 lg can crushed pineapple, drain and save juice
  • 3-4 cut up bananas
  • 3-4 c miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 to 2 T flour
  • 1/2 cream

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve jello in water. Let cool some then add pineapple, bananas and marshmallows. Pour into 9x13 pan and let gel in fridge. In a saucepan, mix sugar, egg, flour and pineapple juice. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Cool. Add cream to mix and spread over jello.
