Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 t baking powder
  • 2 T melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Pinches of nutmeg, salt, and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mix and roll in balls in flour and set aside to rise
Boil in chicken broth until done
Fry in oil until lightly browned
