Shrimp & Scallop Kabobs

Ingredients

  • 3/4 C. butter, cubed
  • 3 Tsp. cajun seasoning
  • 3/4 Tsp. garlic powder
  • 3/4 Tsp. onion powder
  • 12 uncooked shrimp (about 1/2 lb.)
  • 16 sea scallops (about 2 lbs.)

Preparation

Step 1

In microwave safe bowl, melt butter. Stir in cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder. Set aside 1/2 C. butter mixture for serving and keep warm.

Coat grill with cooking spray. Peel and devein shrimp, leaving tails on. On four metal skewers, alternatly thread shrimp and scallops.

Grill over medium heat for 3-5 minutes on each side or until shrimp turn pink, basting occasionally with butter mixture.
