Williams Egg Nog

Ingredients

  • 1 Qt Bourbon
  • 1 Qt whole milk
  • 1 Qt whipping Cream
  • 1 doz eggs - room temp
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 oz dark Rum
  • 4 - 6 oz Brandy

Preparation

Step 1

Separate eggs - add sugar to yolks. Beat to light (this takes time - needs to change color). Add milk. Add whiskey slowly while stirring (8 - 10 minutes). Whip egg whites. Whip cream & add sprinkle of nutmeg.

Chill ... can be made up to two weeks before Christmas..
