Ingredients
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 t peppermint, spearmint extract, or almond
- 3 cups powdered sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Beat cream cheese until smooth, add extract, slowly add powdered sugar. Shape into 1/2 in. Balls, flatten with a fork on parchment covered pans. Chill in refrigerator in airtight container.
