Oatmeal Pancakes P90X

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c quick-cooking oats
  • 1/2 c low-fat buttermilk
  • 1/2 c skim milk
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 Tbs canola oil
  • 2 Tbs brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 c whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 c flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Preparation

Step 1

In medium bowl, combine oats and milks. Set aside for 15-20 minutes.

Beat in the egg whites and oil. Add dry ingredients. Mix until just moistened.

Cook like pancakes.
