Mamma Mia's Sauciccia a la Arrabiata

Ingredients

• penne pasta
• 1/4 lb italian cooked sausage cut in diagonal slices
• can tomatoes with basil seasoning
• chopped green pepper
• can mushrooms
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 3 T olive oil
• 1 t crushed red pepper
• 1 cup white wine
• 2 T parm cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1. cook pasta

2. heat olive oil in pan and saute green pepper, mushrooms, and garlic till done.

3.Add tomatoes and seasonings.

4. Add sausage and cook for 5 minutes.

5. add wine and cook on low.

6. Add the cooked pasta and cheese and top with parm.
