Mamma Mia's Sauciccia a la Arrabiata
- penne pasta
- 1/4 lb italian cooked sausage cut in diagonal slices
- can tomatoes with basil seasoning
- chopped green pepper
- can mushrooms
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 T olive oil
- 1 t crushed red pepper
- 1 cup white wine
- 2 T parm cheese
1. cook pasta
2. heat olive oil in pan and saute green pepper, mushrooms, and garlic till done.
3.Add tomatoes and seasonings.
4. Add sausage and cook for 5 minutes.
5. add wine and cook on low.
6. Add the cooked pasta and cheese and top with parm.
