Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 12 ounces white mushrooms, halved (or quartered if large)
- 3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- Coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium-high. Add mushrooms, and cook until golden brown, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes. Stir in vinegar, red pepper flakes, and 1 tsp. salt; season with black pepper. Cook 1 minute more. Transfer to a bowl, and serve.
