- 3 # rolled rump roast
- 2 TBS Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- Minced garlic

Preparation
Step 1
Place roast in center of an 18x18 square of heavyduty foil. Rub seasonings onto meat. Wrap roast securely using double fold seals.
Place roast in a 9" square baking pan. Bake at 275 for 5 to 6 hours.
Carefully remove foil. Save drippings.
