    # rolled rump roast

    TBS Italian seasoning

  • 1

    tsp salt

  • Minced garlic

Directions

Place roast in center of an 18x18 square of heavyduty foil. Rub seasonings onto meat. Wrap roast securely using double fold seals. Place roast in a 9" square baking pan. Bake at 275 for 5 to 6 hours. Carefully remove foil. Save drippings.
