Ingredients
- APPLE BUTTER PUMPKIN PIE
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 cup apple butter
- 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 eggs lightly beaten
- 1 6oz can evaporated milk
- 1/3 cup whole milk
- Make a 9 inch unbaked pie crust
- In a medium bowl, combine pumpkin, apple butter, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon and mix well. Add eggs and milks, stirring to combine. Pour into pie shell. Bale for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool completely before serving.
