Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 16 oz. frozen mixed berries, thaw slightly
  • 6 tablespoons splenda
  • 2.25 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 6 tablespoons old fashioned oats {1-1/8 oz}
  • 6 tablespoons splenda
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 tablespoon smart balance {6.5g}
  • 1/2 egg white {1.5 T.}

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Spray an 8” pan with nonstick cooking spray, set aside.

In a large bowl, toss berries with splenda and cornstarch. Pour into pan.

In a small bowl, cut smart balance into oats, splenda and cinnamon. Gently stir in egg white and sprinkle over berries.

Bake 30-40 minutes or until bubbling.
