  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • 1/2 onion
  • Sprinkle of garlic salt
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 4-5 chicken breasts
  • 4-6 servings of white rice

Preparation

Step 1

Simmer butter, onions and garlic salt in a large pan. Add chicken to frying pan and cook on each side 1-2 min until white. Put chicken into a cooking pan and our juices on top of the chicken. Cover. Cook at 375 for 30 min. After 30 min, begin cooking rice. When rice is done, take out chicken and put on a plate. Pour juices back in frying pan. Add the soup to the pan and cook until it bubbles. Add 3/4 gravy to the rice and spread in cooking pan. Place chicken on top of rice and pour the rest of the gravy on the chicken.
