Ingredients
- 1 sm can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 sm can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c milk
- 1 pkg onion soup mix
- 1 1/2 c instant rice
- 4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- In a medium size bowl, mix milk and both cans of soup together. Then stir in rice and set aside.
- In a greased 9 × 13 baking dish, place the rice mixture in the pan. Then place the chicken breasts on top. Sprinkle the onion soup over the casserole. Cover and bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
