Ranch Cheddar Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup seasoned panko Japanese-style bread crumbs
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, rinsed, pat dry

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a shallow bowl, add the bread crumbs, cheddar and Parmesan cheese and stir until well combined. Evenly coat the chicken with the dressing then dredge in the bread crumb mixture.
Arrange the chicken on a lightly oiled baking sheet. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165ºF is reached and juices run clear.
