Jamacian Jerk Rub

Good for all meats; fish, chicken, pork and steak

Ingredients

  • 1/4 C. brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. gound ginger
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp all spice
  • 1/2 tsp. ground thyme
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mix well. rub into meat. store any leftover in a sealed container
