Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 T. butter
- 2 small potatoes, diced
- 1 c. water
- 2 c. lobster, cut up
- 1 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. light cream
- 1/4 c. butter
Preparation
Step 1
1. In deep saucepan, saute onions in butter til tender
2. Add potatoes and water.
3. Cover and simmer 10 minutes or til potatoes are almost tender.
4. Add remaining ingredients.
5. Reheat, but DO NOT BOIL.
