Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 12oz pkg egg roll wraps
- 2 T. garlic powder
- 1 T. dried parsley
- salt and pepper
- water
- 1/4 c. oil

Preparation
Step 1
1. In food processor, mix pork, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper together, making as smooth a paste as possible.
2. Place about 1 1/2 T. mixture down middle of egg roll wrap.
3. Wrap sides of wrapper over filling.
4. Wet all areas where dough overlaps with water and press to seal.
5. On medium,heat about 1/2" deep oil in skillet. Cook til rolls are golden and pork is cooked through.
6. Serve with plum sauce.
