Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. beef stew meat
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 6 small carrotts, cut up
  • 3 medium potatoes, quartered
  • 3 Tbsp. minute tapioca
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 slice of bread, in pieces
  • a can beef broth
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 small package of fresh mushrooms

Step 1

1) Combine all inmgredients

2) Cook covered in oven for 3 hours at 325 deg.

3) Cook uncovered for 1/2 hour
