Ingredients
- 2 lbs. beef stew meat
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 6 small carrotts, cut up
- 3 medium potatoes, quartered
- 3 Tbsp. minute tapioca
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 slice of bread, in pieces
- a can beef broth
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 small package of fresh mushrooms

Preparation
Step 1
1) Combine all inmgredients
2) Cook covered in oven for 3 hours at 325 deg.
3) Cook uncovered for 1/2 hour
