Ingredients
- 4 tsp. chicken bouillon
- 4 tsp. garlic
- 1/2 bunch cilantro
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 can green chilies
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbl. butter
- 1/2 chopped onion

Step 1
Blend all ingredients in blender then put in pan and add 6 cups water and bring to a boil. Add 3 cups rice (non instant) and simmer 30 minutes. Serve as a side dish or with your sweet pork taco salads. This recipe makes a lot.
