Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 c peanut butter
- Orange bell peppers, cut into 2 inch squares
- Medium-size cooked shrimp, cut in half lenghthwise
- Sliced scallions
Preparation
Step 1
Mix soy sauce and peanut butter. Spread 1/2 tsp on each bell pepper square. Top with shrimp, cut side down. Garnish with scallions.
