  • 2 cups frozen pineapple sherbet (about 6 large scoops)
  • 1/3 cup light coconut milk
  • 1 medium banana, peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks
  • sweetened flaked coconut, toasted


Servings 4


Step 1

In the container of a blender, combine sherbet, coconut milk, and banana; process until smooth. Garnish each serving with coconut, if desired.
