Reception Salad

Ingredients

• 1 pkg lemon jello
• 1 (2 1/2 c.) can crushed pineapple (drained)
• 1 (3oz) pkg cream cheese, mashed with 1 small jar diced pimentos
• 1/2 c. celery (diced fine)
• 2/3 c. english walnut
• 1/2 pt whipped cream
• 1/8 t. salt
• maraachino cherries as a garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare jello, use pineapple juice and enough water to make 2 cups which has been boiled. When jello begins to congeal add ingredients in order given.

Refrigerate until set.
