- 1 pkg lemon jello
- 1 (2 1/2 c.) can crushed pineapple (drained)
- 1 (3oz) pkg cream cheese, mashed with 1 small jar diced pimentos
- 1/2 c. celery (diced fine)
- 2/3 c. english walnut
- 1/2 pt whipped cream
- 1/8 t. salt
- maraachino cherries as a garnish
Prepare jello, use pineapple juice and enough water to make 2 cups which has been boiled. When jello begins to congeal add ingredients in order given.
Refrigerate until set.
