• 3 eggs beaten
• 1 cup cooking oil
• 2 c. sugar
• 2 cups grated zucchini
• 3 tsp vanilla
• 1 tsp salt
• 3 cups flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp soda
• 3 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 c chopped nuts

Step 1

cream together the first 5 ingredients. Add flour mixture and mix thoroughly. Add nuts. Pour into greased and floured pans

Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour
