Ingredients
- 6 pork chops 1-2" thick
- 3 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tbsp. ground ginger
- 1 orance, sliced
Preparation
Step 1
Bake chops 20 minutes at 375 degrees, basting frequently. Turn over and bake 25 minutes longer, continue basting. Top with orange slices. Bake 15 minutes longer.
