Ingredients
- 1/2 gallon water
- 12 tea bags
- 3 sprigs fresh mint
- 1 2/3 c sugar
- 12 oz pineapple juice
- 8 oz lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Bring water to boil and steep tea & mint. Remove mint after 3 minutes.
Continue to steep tea until very dark. Remove tea bags.
While tea still warm, add sugar and juices, stir well.
Pour inot gallon container and add enough additional water to make 1 gallon.
Chill well.
Serve iced with mind sprigs or pineapple spears
