Ingredients
- Topping:
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Grated zest and juice of one lemon
- 1 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 2 large eggs
- 5 Tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon extract (optional)
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Grease 12 muffin pan
2. In Large bowl mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda,salt, and zest
3.In Med bowl mix, yogurt, eggs, melted butter, lemon juice and lemon extract
4. Make well in center of dry ingredients and pour wet into dry. Combine just until blended. Will be lumpy
5. Spoon batter into prepared cups 3/4 full
6. Make toppinng in small bowl combing sugar, nuts and nutmeg then sprinkle on top of muffins
7. Bake for 16-20 Mintutes
