  • 6 QT PEELED TOMATOES
  • 4 TO 6 SMALL BELL PEPPERS
  • 4 LARGE SWEET ONIONS
  • 6 CLOVES GARLIC
  • 1-1 1/2 CUP WHITE VINEGAR
  • 1/4 CUP OF SALT
  • 5 1/2 CUP SEEDED HOT PEPPERS

Step 1

USE A FOOD PROCESSOR. CHOP ONIONS AND PEPPERS AND PLACE IN A LARGE BOWL. CHOP TOMATOES UNTIL JUST CHUNKY, NOT PUREED. MIX EVERYTHING TOGETHER, ADJUST ALL AMOUNT TO OWN TASTE. LADLE SALSA INTO HOT CLEAN JARS. PROCESS IN A PRESSURE COOKER AT 10 POUNDS FOR 30 MINUTES.
