Ingredients
- 1 large can pumpkin
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 (13 oz) can evaporated milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 t. nutmeg
- 1 1/2 t. apple pie spice
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 pkg yellow cake mix
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted

Preparation
Step 1
Grease a 9x13 baking pan or glass casserole with Pam.
Mix first 9 ingredients until blended into one color.
Pour into pan.
Sprinkle top with cake mix.
Drizzle butter over top.
Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 min, then low to 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min.
