- 4 32 oz. chicken veg beef broth
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1 cup brown rice
- 2 cups lentils
- 1 32 oz. can diced tomato with liquid
- 2 medium onions chopped
- 2 chopped carrots
- 2 celery stalks
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 2 packages chopped frozen spinach
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 beef or chicken boullian
