Ingredients

  • 1 pork tenderloin (3/4 1 lb)
  • 1 T. honey
  • 1 T. dijon
  • 2 t. olive oil
  • 1 t. garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 t. dried oregano

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

2. Line baking sheet with foil; place pork in pan.

3. In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients, then brush over pork.

4. Bake 25-30 minutes, or til thermometer reads 160 degrees F.

5. Let stand 5 minutes, then slice diagonally.
