Ingredients
- 4-6 oz. cooked crab meat, drained
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise {2.75oz}
- 1/4 cup sour cream {2.25oz}
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/8 tsp. 4/S special seasoned salt
- 1/8 tsp. granulated garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. Chesapeake bay seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 oz. Asiago or Romano shredded cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 300°F.
Mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, white wine, mustard, spices and Worcestershire. Add crab meat and lemon juice and mix well. Pour into a greased oven-safe casserole dish and sprinkle with the shredded cheese.
Bake 20-25 minutes. If you would like the cheese to be nicely browned, turn oven to low broil for the final few minutes. Serve warm with crackers or crusty baguette slices.
