Ingredients
- 1 T margarine
- 1 sm onion, chop
- 1/2 c rice
- 1 3/4 c chicken broth
- 1 chicken bouillon cube

in lg pan melt margarin. saute onion til golden. add rice; stir until all margarine absorbed. add broth and cube. Stir over med heat til mixture come to boil. put into greased 1 qt casserole. cover; bake 350* 30 min
