Ingredients
- 1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 tsp. oil
- 1/2 Kraft Sizzling Salads Southwest Chicken Entrée Salad Kit 8 cups torn iceberg lettuce
- 1 cup each red and green pepper strips
- 1 cup frozen corn, thawed
- 1 cup canned no-salt-added black beans, rinsed
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup Kraft Old Cheddar Shredded Cheese Make
Preparation
Step 1
COOK and stir chicken in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat 6 to 7 min. or until done.
ADD 1/2 cup Kraft Sizzling Salads Spicy Fajita Cooking Sauce; cook and stir on low heat 30 sec. to 1 min. or until chicken is evenly coated.
COMBINE remaining ingredients. Toss with 1/2 cup Kraft Sizzling Salads Barbecue Ranch Dressing. Place on 4 plates; top with chicken.
