Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 10 plum tomatoes
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except tomatoes. Cut tomatoes lengthwise and squeeze out the seeds and juice. Toss in oil mixture and place in a 7- x 11-inch baking dish.
Bake 20 minutes, or until tender but not overcooked.
