Ingredients
- 1/2 C Burbon
- 2 Tbs Soy
- 1 Tsp Worceshire
- 1 1/2 Tbl Minced onion
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 Tsp Ginger
- 1/8 Tsp White pepper
- 1 Tbs Lemon juice
- 1 Tbs Vinegar
- 1/2 C Brown sugar
- 1/2 C Ketchup
- 1/2 Tbs Spicy mustard
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together all ingredients.
If using on whole chicken, only baste the last 10 or 15 minutes or it will burn.
