Honey Glazed Carrots
- 1 lb sliced carrots
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 T. butter
- dash cinnamon
1. Steam carrots til almost done.
2. In the meantime, combine honey, water and brown sugar in a saucepan.
3. Bring to a boil and reduce by half til thick and syrupy, about 15 minutes.
4. Drain carrots, add butter and mix til melted.
5. Add honey mixture and cinnamon; stir gently on low for about 5 minutes.
